Lead a Service Team

Course Objective

In this 3-day programme, we will examine some of the basic skills supervisors needed to lead a service team successfully and inculcate the right mindsets in their teams.


Course Outline

Some of the key areas that the trainees will be exposed to are:

» How to plan to achieve service outcomes successfully
» How to create internal team cohesion
» How to facilitate team formation and team discussions
» How to participate within a team as a leader
» How to integrate and promote team initiatives to management to achieve service outcomes


Who Should Attend

Supervisors and customer service management staff from various service industry sectors.


Pre-Requisite and Admission Criteria

No formal qualifications are required for admission to this course. However, basic command in English language is required

3 full days or 6 half days (Including Training and Assessment)

$460.00


FUNDING ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR COMPANIES (Singaporeans and PRs)

SPUR Funding:

90% of the course fees capped at $11 per training hour for local workers (Company pays $196.00 per trainee after subsidy)

SRP Absentee Payroll Funding:

80% of hourly basic salary capped at $10.00 per training hour for workers below 40 yrs old

90% of hourly basic salary capped at $10.00 per training hour for workers 40 yrs old & above with‘A’ levels & below

Refund Policy

If notice of withdrawal is given to Eduquest International Pte. Ltd. in writing :
- 2 weeks or more before commencement → Full refund
- Less than 2 weeks before commencement → 75% refund
- After commencement / No show → No refund
