Mr Lim Tien

As Principal Consultant of Eduquest Centre for Human Capital Development, Tien works closely with a core team of Eduquest facilitators and associate consultants to provide facilitation, leadership/strategy deployment services and service excellence programmes.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the US, specializing in Training & Coaching, Consultancy and Business Development in various disciplines and industries. Tien holds the nationally recognised Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) conferred by Singapore Institute of Adult Learning.


Mr David Anthony

David’s experience in the service industry spans over seventeen years. He derives tremendous joy in the customer service industry thus a great passion to excel even better in this ever challenging industry through training and development. As a natural leader, David spent much of his time in the airlines motivating, leading and developing those around him. He was able to direct, support, coach as well as guide his team to accomplish the highest level of service and safety performance on flights. He also played an integral part of customer satisfaction through crew communication and interaction.


Mr S K Lim

S K Lim has more than 12 years MNC experience specializing in training, consultancy, business development & marketing in the Asia Pacific region. His expertise in training management includes developing organizational framework, managing training initiatives, product/course development and customization, training facilitation and conducting needs analysis.

S K holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Canberra, Australia, Bachelor of Engineering (Mech.) from the National University of Singapore, a Management Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Temasek Polytechnic, Professional Diploma in Training and Development from the Singapore Training and Development Association and WSQ-Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).


Mr Zafarullah

Zafar is dynamic and energising presenter who is trained as a management consultant and a training facilitator. He is a Champion Speaker with Toastmasters International winning numerous contests as the Best Speaker. He is the National (Humorous) Speech Champion in 2005 organised by People’s Association (P.A).

Zafar is a strong advocate of positive thinking. Despite facing challenges, he always keeps a positive outlook of life. A supporter of motivational guru Napolean Hill’s philosophies, he is an avid reader and a life long learner. His drive to promote the significance of positive mindset has seen him working with hundreds of students and adults.
