In the In the F&B industry, payment transactions such as cash, credit cards, nets and other modes of payment are governed by processes and procedures. Proper processes help to prevent misunderstanding among colleagues, or with customers. The course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills for handling payments using proper systems and processes.
On completion of this unit, a learner will be able to set up cash stations, post and issue bills to guests, process payments, correct errors and close out cash stations.
